OUR STORY

Chef Emory James Jr. is a 3rd generation chef.  He was taught under his father, who professionally trained in culinary arts. Bonn Fire BBQ specializes in delicious, flavorful and skillfully cooked meats and sides.

 

Attending Grambling State University in Louisiana has given Chef “Em” a diverse palate. Some of his Cajun and Creole dishes are also highlighted at Bonn Fire BBQ.
